sequence.
Note:
Configurational sequences comprising two configurational units are termed diads, those
with three such constitutional units
triads, and so on. In order of increasing
sequence lengths they are called tetrads, pentads, hexads, heptads, octads, nonads, decads,
undecads, etc.
