An assembly of subunits comprising: suitable apparatus permitting the introduction
and removal of the gas, liquid or solid to be analysed and/or calibration materials;
a measuring cell or other apparatus which, from the physical or chemical properties
of the components of the material to be analysed, gives signals allowing their identification
and/or measurement; signal processing devices (amplification, recording) or, if need
be, data processing devices.
